Design
- Virgin Atlantic revealed new uniforms by legendary punk fashion designer Vivienne Westwood. The uniforms are now being wear-tested with a full launch anticipated next year. Source: The Design Air.
- To celebrate their 90th anniversary, Aeroflot introduced a special livery on a Russian-built Sukhoi Superjet 100. The design, based on a sketch by Alexander Sosnowski, was selected from a pool of 7,000 entries.
Digital
- KLM celebrated Comic Sans Day by using the much-maligned font on their Web site — and by offering round-trip tickets to anyone named C. Sans. Source: PSFK.
